At the end of the day, what matters most to me is how our software has helped you improve your application performance.
I had a conversation with one of our biggest customers recently. She was saying how moving from reactive to proactive performance management was not just an option for them, it was critical. With our help, her team has moved beyond reactive "fire-drills," and can now think more strategically about delivering real performance improvements to the business. Announcing the Precise Community Forum
We are pleased to announce the launch of the Precise Community Forums on my.precise.com. The Precise Portal has become a busy place, with hundreds of registered users logging in to find information about our products. The new community forums have transformed the portal into a virtual meeting place where Precise customers, partners and employees are interacting and sharing information about Precise and TPM.

Learn Why Ntirety Migrated from Symantec to Precise and Why you Should Too
Ntirety, a provider of Database Administration As A Service® for thousands of databases run by clients across the world, recently completed a successful migration from Symantec to Precise. Michael Corey, CEO and founder of Ntirety said, "doing the migration was a no brainer. Precise is a very strategic vendor for us, and we wanted to make sure we had direct access to the product experts in their customer support organization."
Precise's recently released 8.5 product was a key driver for the migration. CRN: Precise a Top 25 Emerging Vendor
The demand for our Transaction Performance Management products and services is growing at a rapid pace, and to ensure we are able to stay ahead of the delivery curve we have been investing heavily in a partner program. This investment was recently recognized by CRN, who honored us with a top 25 spot in their 2009 CRN Emerging Vendor List.
"Our inclusion on the CRN Emerging Vendor list tells us we're taking the right approach," says Allan Dunbar, Precise's Director of Channels-North America. "It's important that we provide as many avenues as possible to help our growing customer base buy and implement our solutions, and our partner program makes sure we are working with the right partners to allow that to happen."
“Many of our customers are already engaged and working with regional consulting groups,” Dunbar continues. “These trusted advisors have guided our customers through many package selection and implementation projects, and have provided a ton of value in the process. By reaching out and formalizing our relationship with these valuable partners, we are ensuring our customers are able to get the services they want, from a Precise authorized partner.
